Since in our reality branch, the full text of this document of outmost importance is all about lost, I appreciate the recent attempt to reconstruct the very basis of political system of Meganezia — the Magna Carta. The ongoing reconstruction work takes place at Russian nezi forum. What we’ve got now is the following text:

Article 1.

The right to equality, freedom, safety and property are the basic human rights. In case of the internal threat the government police service ensures basic human rights of Meganezian habitants, in case of the external threat those are protected by the army.

Article 2.

Every Meganezian habitant is covered by indisputable protection of the government services. This protection is independent from any kind of politics or diplomacy, and realized by any means without exclusions. Since infrining of any basic right of the one citizen is equal to the total breaking of all of the basic rights of all citizens, the police and military services apply deadly force against the infringer.

Article 9.

The culture is nothing but all of the lifestyles and lifehacks designed in different times by different tribes of the whole family of mankind. The culture belongs to every man by birthright, and every man determines what is valuable in it and what is not for himself. The only limitations of such choice are the basic rights of other people to equality, freedom, safety and property. Any attempt to introduce another order or other limits of the cultural choice is eliminated by the highest mean of humanitarian self-protection.

(to be continued…)
